Clay Conkle became an associate attorney of the Firm in March of 2025. Clay was born in San Diego, California, and moved to Saline, Michigan in 2014. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2020. Clay then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University in 2023, after completing the Trial Practice Institute trial-advocacy program. After graduating from Michigan State, he became an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Calhoun County from 2023 to 2025, where he was responsible for the county’s drunk/intoxicated driving case docket.
Clay has a general practice that includes criminal law, landlord-tenant law, real estate law, tort law, estate planning, and family law. Clay is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan and in the Western District of Michigan’s Federal District Court. He is also currently the Vice President of the Calhoun County Bar Association.
